WAY – Women Around You
At PMC, our flagship initiative WAY (Women Around You) began with just 7 women and has since grown to include over 140 members across our UK and India offices. Focused on fostering gender inclusion, WAY offers a range of mentorship, learning opportunities, and leadership support. By creating a thriving and supportive environment, WAY empowers women to connect and grow their careers within PMC
The initiative is built on the core values of equality, empowerment, and collaboration, ensuring that women are not only heard but also equipped with the tools to succeed and lead in an inclusive workplace. WAY continues to inspire and drive meaningful change, making a lasting impact on both our employees and the company culture.
